Separate the egg white from the yolk, and be careful not to mix the egg white with the yolk!

Stir the first group of materials until there are no particles, and finally mix in the baking powder. Low-gluten flour should be sieved. My family doesn't have a scale, so I put two bowls of flour in a common porcelain bowl at home. No cream or whipped cream. I use commercially available ice cream as whipped cream after melting. I bought a liter, digging 1/5 barrels, about 200cc. All supermarkets sell small packages of baking powder, one pack15g, and I will put one third.

I didn't have a blender, so I beat the egg whites by hand with an egg beater. When the white foam appears after the egg whites are stirred evenly, I add one tablespoon of sugar and then the second tablespoon of sugar until they all turn white. I continue to stir until they are wet and frothy, then I add the third tablespoon of sugar, and when they are close to dry and frothy, I add the fourth tablespoon of sugar until they are dry and frothy. However, manual dry foaming can't be as hard as a machine, so don't care too much. The whole journey takes about 20 minutes.

Dig half the egg white cream to remove the yolk paste and stir well. Pour all the egg yolk paste back into the remaining egg white cream and stir well. Baked paper is prepared under the pot, and the wall of the pot is coated with salad oil. It doesn't matter if there is no baking paper, just apply salad oil to the bottom of the pot, but it is difficult to demould after baking.

This pot of cake paste is wrapped in aluminum foil to prevent water droplets from falling on the cake during steaming. Put two glasses of water for the first time, jump up and stew for five minutes, and then put another glass of water to continue steaming. After jumping up for the second time, take out the cake and remove the aluminum foil. Don't wrap it up and let it cool, because the steam inside will make the cake rot. Take a chopstick and put it in the middle of the cake. It doesn't touch the batter, which means it's all cooked inside. It can be demoulded after cooling!

It's done. ! ! ! It's ugly, because I cut XD with a fruit knife. Because I steamed it in a big pot, about eight inches, and the cake didn't feel very thick. If it is thicker, you can use a smaller pot, but the steaming time in the middle may be longer.

A porcelain bowl for measuring flour. Most families have this kind of bowl!
