Make sure to buy this kind of uncut rice cake.

Cut into thin slices by sticking one knife after another. (The thinner the better)

Or you can use a kitchen tool to cut into slices. (Though it is very thin, the slices are not complete)

It took almost 2 hours to cut this big bowl. Cutting with a knife hand is very tired, cut half of the strip will have to rest for a while.

Melt the sugar with a little boiling water. Pour it into the rice cake slices and mix well. Try to coat each slice with sugar water as much as possible. (Mix with salt water if it is salty)
