Ingredients: 250g of Pleurotus ostreatus, tofu 1 block (about 200g), peanut oil, chopped green onion, refined salt and monosodium glutamate.
Practice: cut tofu into small pieces. Wash and slice Pleurotus ostreatus. Heat peanut oil in a wok, stir-fry Pleurotus ostreatus for a while, add appropriate amount of water to boil, add tofu blocks, sprinkle chopped green onion after boiling, and season with refined salt and monosodium glutamate.
Tofu mixed with Tofu with Tofu.
Ingredients: 200g of tofu, 50g of Toona sinensis bud, salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil.
Practice: steamed tofu in a cage, cooled and diced. Wash the buds of Toona sinensis. Blanch the washed Toona sinensis buds with boiling water, drain the water, cut into pieces, stir-fry with sesame oil, mix with tofu, and season with refined salt and monosodium glutamate.
Fish-flavored tofu
Ingredients: 500g of tofu, 25g of salted fish, ginger, onion, salt, soy sauce, peanut oil, monosodium glutamate and pepper.
Practice: Wash the tofu and cut it into 2 cm square pieces. Dice salted fish, ginger and onion. Put the pot on the fire, pour in peanut oil, add tofu when it is 80% hot, fry the tofu skin until golden brown, and take it out. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add ginger, onion, soy sauce, tofu and salted fish, add water for 5 minutes, add monosodium glutamate and pepper and stir well.
Tofu soup with Chinese toon and fungus
Ingredients: 50 grams of tender Toona sinensis bud, 5 grams of auricularia auricula, 350 grams of tofu, and appropriate amount of wet starch, refined salt, sesame oil and clear soup.
Practice: Soak black fungus in water and wash it. Wash the Toona sinensis buds, blanch them with boiling water and take them out. Cut tofu into chunks with a thickness of 1 cm, sprinkle with a little salt, steam for about 15 minutes on low heat, take out and cool, and cut into cubes with a width of 1 cm. Put clear soup in the pot, add tofu, auricularia auricula and Toona sinensis buds after boiling, add refined salt after boiling again, thicken with wet starch and pour sesame oil.
