The meaning of Tricholoma
Tricholoma is a wild mushroom growing in grassland.

Tricholoma is a kind of white Agaricus wild mushroom that grows on Mongolian grassland. It is mainly produced in Dongwu Banner, Xiwu Banner, Abaga Banner, Hulunbeier City, Tongliao and other grassland areas of Ximeng. It generally grows in places with sheep bones or sheep dung, and its taste is extremely delicious.

The growth environment of Tricholoma:

1, culture site

There are many choices for cultivating Tricholoma, such as field and mushroom house. If you plant in the field, it is best to build a greenhouse, which is more convenient for management. After the greenhouse is built, it should be disinfected, ditches should be built in the field, and the beds should be formed, which is convenient for later planting. Generally, the bacterial bed should be made into a turtle's back shape, which is convenient for controlling moisture.

2, nutrient configuration

The nutrients of Tricholoma matsutake are mainly straw or wheat straw, accounting for about 80% of all nutrients. Followed by cow dung and sheep dung, lime, phosphate fertilizer, gypsum, compound fertilizer and urea. We add water according to a certain proportion, stack the nutrients together, and keep stirring every five days or so, which is the full fermentation of nutrients, and the fermentation time takes about 25 to 30 days, so that the fermented nutrients will be of better quality.

3, spreading inoculation

Before spreading, the nutrients need to be disinfected to avoid other miscellaneous bacteria and diseases and insect pests affecting the occurrence of bacteria. After the nutrient is disinfected, spread the material according to the thickness of 20 cm to maintain the looseness of the nutrient. After the nutrient is paved, inoculation can be carried out. The seed bacteria should be evenly discharged on the nutrient, and finally a layer of nutrient can be covered. The thickness of the nutrient is about three centimeters.

4, hair bacteria management

About three days after inoculation, we need to cover the bed with a film and then ventilate it every three days. At the same time, the temperature in the mushroom greenhouse should be controlled at about 15 to 34 degrees, and the humidity in the air should be kept between 80% and 80%. Generally, mycelium will appear after more than half a month. When most mycelium spreads, we need to cover the soil.

5, mushroom management

About half a month after covering the soil, the mycelium has developed strongly at this time. In order to improve the speed of fruiting, we should water it reasonably during this period, and the humidity in the air should be kept between 90% and 95%. At the same time, the skylight of the greenhouse should be opened to take a breath and keep the air circulating. After a week or so, the mushrooms will grow slowly, and then spray water again, which can speed up the growth of Tricholoma.
