Ingredients
1 piece of traditional tofu, a pinch of sea salt, a pinch of thinly-salted soy sauce, a sprig of rosemary, and 2 green onions.
How to make it

Wash and dry the tofu, then slice it. In a hot frying pan, stir in the scallions and rosemary and fry the tofu slices evenly until browned.

Flip the tofu over and fry again until the surface is golden brown and lightly charred. (I forgot to take a picture of the tofu because it was so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Sprinkle some sea salt evenly, drizzle a little soy sauce and cook for a few seconds, turn over and color, sprinkle with chopped green onion to make it more flavorful.
