1, doghouse
Dig an earth ditch in a cool and dry place, with a length of about 10m, a depth of 0.9m and a width of 0.9m, spread clean fine sand with a thickness of 20-30cm, and then put it into a wooden box or bamboo box containing loquat, each box weighs 15kg. Put a herringbone bracket on the ditch to keep the temperature below 20℃ and the relative humidity between 80-85%. This method can be preserved for about a month.
2, pine needle method
Spread the fresh and clean pine needles on the dry ground or floor first, and then spread the loquat fruit on the pine needles. The method is simple and convenient, and can be used for short-term storage.
3, jar method
Put the whole fruit in a jar or a small jar, spread straw on the lower part of the jar and cover it with sacks or bamboo curtains. This method can also be stored for about 20 days.
4. cellar storage
Before storage, the cellars and utensils were fumigated with 40% formalin to kill pathogenic bacteria, or disinfected with sulfur powder (20g/ m3), and bamboo baskets filled with loquat were put into perforated plastic bags and stored in a "needle" shape. There should be a certain gap between stacks, stacks and walls, and four walls. This method can be preserved for about 25 days.
5, simple modified atmosphere storage
After pre-harvest treatment, put the fruit in a ventilated place for two days to remove the heat in the field. Then put it in a PE bag (polyethylene film bag) with a thickness of 0.02mm, put it in a bamboo basket or basket, cover it with polyethylene film bag, punch 8 round holes with a diameter of 1.5cm on the bag, tie the bag tightly and store it. This method combined with refrigeration can be stored for more than 3 months.
