Composition:
30ml of fresh lime juice, 6-8 fresh mint leaves, 20ml of syrup, 60ml of white rum, 6-8 medium ice cubes and soda water.
1 fresh mint (for decoration)
Ships:
1 cocktail glass, pestle, mixing spoon and 1 straw.
Production process:
1. Put the lime juice, mint leaves and syrup into the cup.
2. Gently squeeze the mint leaves with a pestle.
3. Add rum, then add ice cubes until it is eight minutes full.
4. Add a little soda water and stir it slightly with a long spoon (from top to bottom).
5. Put mint branches as decorations, and then insert straws.
You can also make a slight change: if you change the rum into sugarcane wine, it will become Monti's "sMojito".
Note: Xiaoqing lemon is a close relative of a smaller and greener lemon. Because of its rich juice, it is the bartender's favorite material. It usually exists in fruit and vegetable shops, but it is sometimes mislabeled as lemon.
