2. The applicant fills in the application form for organic food certification, and receives the questionnaire for organic food certification and the list of written materials for organic food certification.
3. The Organic Food Certification Center requires the applicant to establish the enterprise's quality management system, technical measures of quality assurance system and quality information tracking and processing system in accordance with the requirements of this standard.
Legal basis: Article 27 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the national food safety standards are formulated and promulgated by the health administrative department of the State Council in conjunction with the food safety supervision and administration department of the State Council, and the national standard number is provided by the standardization administrative department of the State Council. The limits of pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues in food, as well as the inspection methods and procedures, shall be formulated by the health administrative department of the State Council and the agricultural administrative department of the State Council jointly with the food safety supervision and administration department of the State Council. Rules for inspection of livestock and poultry slaughter shall be formulated by the administrative department of agriculture of the State Council in conjunction with the administrative department of health of the State Council.
