Wash the oranges and soak them in salted water for 20 minutes to remove the wax on the surface of the oranges.
Without peeling the oranges, cut a slice flat on the top, sprinkle a little salt on the exposed flesh, and poke a few holes in the flesh with a chopstick to make it easier for the salt to penetrate the flesh.
Recover the sliced orange and place it in a bowl.
Instead of adding water to the bowl, put it directly into the steamer and steam until the water boils, then steam for 15 minutes and it's done.
The steamed oranges have some shrinkage of the skin, and there will still be juice coming out from the bottom of the bowl.
Eating method: remove the orange peel and eat the pulp, and drink the juice at the bottom of the bowl together.
