How to make noodles?

Pulled Noodles

Ingredients

0.5 cup white noodles, 0.5 cup whole wheat noodles, 1 chicken breast, dry starch to taste, egg white to taste, cooking wine to taste, dark soy sauce to taste, sugar to taste, salt to taste, 1 small green onion, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp hot sauce, 1 tsp sweet noodle sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 clove garlic, water starch to taste

How to Make

1. For the dough, use cool water and pour it into the container with the flour and salt in several batches to form a stiff dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and leave it to molasses for at least 30 minutes (preferably more than 1 hour);
