Method of production 1.tofu dry water control, cut into 3 to 4 cm long, 2 cm wide, 1 cm thick block.
2. Cut green onion into julienne strips and mince garlic.
3. Grease a pan with oil and fry the flat rot pieces until brown.
4. Pour broth, soy sauce and sugar in a small pot and put in the fried tofu pieces while boiling.
5. When the broth is almost gone, put in the green onion, garlic, and MSG, and simmer on low heat until there is no more broth. Remove to a pot.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and shredded chili peppers when eating.
