Seasoning: (1) One cup of stock, one tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, 1/3 teaspoon of sugar (2) Half cup of stock, one tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, one tablespoon of sesame oil , half a teaspoon of sugar, a little white pepper
Method
1. Soak two cups of glutinous rice in water for 4 hours, wash it, steam it in an electric pot for half an hour, cut the tenderloin separately, Cut the ham and bamboo shoots into small dices
2. Heat the wok and add two tablespoons of oil. First fry the green onions until fragrant, then add the diced pork, ham, dried shrimps and diced bamboo shoots in sequence and stir-fry.
