The best diet to lose weight
Eat three meals a day as usual ... eat more at noon, replenish physical strength in the morning, and increase energy in the afternoon ... eat less at dinner, eat porridge at dinner, eat side dishes, or just eat fruit. Have dinner before seven. Insist on drinking a cup of honey water before going to bed at night to relieve the lower abdomen, clear the intestines and beautify. Usually eat coarse grains such as corn porridge or corn sweet potato. Never skip meals ... if you don't eat, you can't help it physically, even if you lose weight, you will rebound.
