1.Take a bath to detoxify. Bathing with baking soda helps to expel toxins from the body and improve tonsillitis, sore throat, gums and oral ulcers. Add 4 cups of baking soda powder to the bathtub, inject warm water equivalent to body temperature and soak for 45 minutes.
