Preparation materials: 2 avocados, cheese 100g, lettuce 50g, sweet corn kernels 100g, apple vinegar 20ml, olive oil 10ml, salt 3g and black pepper 3g.
1. Peel the avocado for later use.
2. Cut avocado into hob pieces and put them in a large salad bowl for later use.
3. Cut the cheese into small pieces of 1 cubic centimeter for use.
4. Add the cheese to the salad bowl.
5. Wash and tear the lettuce into small pieces and add it to the salad bowl.
6. Add corn kernels to the salad bowl.
7. Mix salt, pepper, olive oil and apple vinegar to make a sauce.
8. Pour the sauce on the avocado salad and mix well. Put it on a plate.
