Officially begin: First, add the prepared milk foam to the prepared Espresso coffee, and when the poured milk foam and coffee are fully mixed, the surface will be thick. Then it can be over.
Because the size of the milk bubble is relatively large, you need a relatively large cup, preferably a Cappuccino cup or a mug. Now the formal flower pulling begins. First, start from the root of a leaf and shake the wrist holding the flower pulling cup (milk beater) from left to right. The key point is to make the wrist shake horizontally from left to right.
Coffee drawing is divided into two processes, namely, drawing and carving. Flower pulling is to pour milk with milk bubbles into espresso, so that the two bubbles are mixed to form a unique pattern. Carving, however, as the name implies, is to draw a more delicate figure on the coffee surface with coffee needles, extra milk bubbles or chocolate sauce.
Nowadays, coffee carving art can draw more complicated faces or cartoon characters. More prominent is the coffee carving with the theme of Kiki in Miyazaki Hayao's "The Witch's Home Delivery".
First, the production of milk foam
1, pour the milk into the milk bubble pot, and the amount should not exceed 1/2 of the milk bubble pot, otherwise the milk will overflow when making milk bubbles.
2. Heat the milk to about 60 degrees, but not more than 70 degrees, otherwise the protein structure in the milk will be destroyed. Attention! The cover and filter screen cannot be directly heated. (If making ice milk bubbles, cool the milk to below 5 degrees. Of course, don't ice the milk too much to freeze it. )
3. Cover the lid and the filter screen, and quickly twitch the filter screen to press the air into the milk. When twitching, it is not necessary to press it to the end, because it is necessary to pump the air into the milk, so just act on the surface of the milk; You don't need too many times, just gently twitch about 30 times.
4. Remove the cover and filter screen, and scrape off the rough milk bubbles with a spoon, leaving behind dense hot (ice) milk bubbles.
Second, the way to pull flowers
1, brewing Espresso, it is recommended to directly put Espresso in the required cup. Then beat the milk bubbles, and if there are thicker milk bubbles floating on the surface, please remove them.
2. Slowly pour the made milk foam into the just completed Espresso. When the poured milk foam and Espresso have been fully mixed, the surface will be thick, and this is the time to start pulling flowers (usually the cup is half full at this time).
3. The starting action of pulling flowers is to shake the wrist holding the pulling cup from left to right, and the key point is to steadily shake the wrist horizontally from left to right. Please note that this action only needs the strength of the wrist, and don't move with the whole arm. When shaking correctly, the cup will begin to show white zigzag milk bubble traces.
4. Gradually move the flower-pulling cup backwards, and reduce the amplitude of shaking. Finally, when closing the cup, draw a thin straight line forward and draw the stem of the leaf in the cup as the end.
