How to heat wine:
When wine is heated, it loses a lot of its aroma and needs to be spiced. Generally speaking, for a 750ml bottle of wine, you will need 1 stick of cinnamon (imported cinnamon is small and has a mild flavor, so you can use 2 sticks), 2 star anise
