Stewed taro with winter melon ribs
Ingredients: 500g of ribs, 0/50g of wax gourd/kloc, 0/50g of taro/kloc.
Accessories: salt 5g onion 10g ginger 10g chicken essence 5g coriander 5g.
Production method:
1. Wash taro and wax gourd and cut into pieces.
2. Chop the ribs into 5cm long segments, boil them in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove them with a colander, rinse them repeatedly with hot water, and drain the water.
3, add water to the pot, add onions, ginger, ribs and cook until 70% mature, add taro, melon and coriander.
4, stew until the ribs and taro are cooked, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
