The steps for braised Huaishan ribs are as follows:
Step 1: Soak the ribs in water for a while, rinse several times to remove blood, and wash the yam.
Step 2: Peel and cut the yam into cubes.
Step 3: Fry the ribs once and rinse them thoroughly.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pot, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
