Recipe for spicy fried poached eggs:
Ingredients:
6 eggs, green pepper, onion, ginger and garlic.
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs into poached eggs. The liquid will taste better.
2. Take out the poached eggs and cut them into pieces for later use.
3. Leave a little base oil, add onions, ginger, garlic and tempeh to bring out the aroma.
4. Add green pepper, stir-fry for fifteen seconds, and add poached eggs.
5. Add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, a small spoon of sugar and salt, and a little balsamic vinegar.
6. Stir fry evenly and add a little chicken essence and it is ready to serve.
