How to make mushroom stewed tofu skin
1. Break fresh mushrooms into small florets and wash them.
2. Cut the tofu skin into diamond shapes with a diagonal knife, cut the vermicelli into long strips, and cut the meat into small pieces. Slice onions and ginger, mince garlic, and prepare star anise and dried chilies.
