There are many bacteria in the expired dried pork. Bacteria multiply in contaminated food and produce a large number of toxins, including enterotoxin and endotoxin released after bacterial decomposition, which is the basic condition of food poisoning. Its main clinical manifestations are abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms, which often occur several hours after eating. Common pathogenic bacteria include Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus which can produce enterotoxin.
