Article 1 The targets and contents of remediation

Bullfrog breeding is prohibited in the drinking water source protection area of the city, and all existing bullfrog farms are limited to be retired or closed down before June 30, 2022; In the whole city, bullfrog farms with irregular certificates, occupation and destruction of cultivated land, incomplete pollution control facilities or substandard aquaculture sewage discharge will be retired or closed down before July 3, 2022.

Article 2 Remediation Time and Requirements

Each township (town) field shall, according to the principle of territorial management, organize the investigation and register of bullfrog breeding within its jurisdiction, establish relevant work ledgers, and carry out centralized rectification. Before June 15, 2022, the inventory was completed, and efforts were concentrated on rectification from mid-June. Forestry, agriculture, marine and fishery, environmental protection, water conservancy, land and other relevant departments should publicize relevant laws, regulations and policies, strengthen supervision and strengthen cooperation. For those who fail to retire and close down the demolition within the prescribed time limit, the relevant departments and the township people's governments and agricultural and forestry farms where the farms are located will take compulsory measures to retire or close down the demolition; Anyone suspected of violating the law and committing crimes will be investigated for responsibility according to law.
