1. Wash the green beans, cut into small sections, and blanch them in boiling water
2. Wash the green peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into small cubes
3. Heat oil in a pot, add minced onion, minced garlic, and diced green pepper and stir-fry for a few times
4. Add water to boil, add butterfly noodles and tomato sauce and cook together
5. After the noodles are cooked, add the green beans and boil, then add salt to taste
