Production method:
1 Prepare ingredients: peel the onion, wash and drain the fungus, boil the beans in boiling water for 10 minutes, remove and drain.
2. Cut the washed onion into small pieces and marinate with appropriate amount of salt for 10 minute.
3 After the auricularia auricula is cooked, blanch it in boiling water 1 min, remove it and drain it.
4 Dice garlic and shred green pepper.
5 Shred the blanched black fungus, beans, onions, garlic and green peppers and put them in the pot.
6 Add salt, chicken powder, sesame oil, pepper oil and sugar.
