2, cover the lid, adjust the safety valve according to the instructions. Turn on the high heat, wait until the pressure cooker on the gas to make a chugging sound, turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and toggle the safety valve to deflate. If the amount of porridge cooked is relatively large, in order to prevent any liquid overflow, you can toggle the small safety valve to deflate slowly.
4. There is a lot of gas coming out when deflating, wait for the gas to be completely released without any sound, and then open the lid.
5, and then the boiled chestnut porridge out, you can eat.
Tips
1, when cooking porridge, the pressure cooker will produce a lot of bubbles. When deflating, if you find that there is liquid outflow, then you can return the large safety valve to the position, toggle the small safety valve slowly deflate. The big safety valve is shown in the picture, and the small one on the side is the small safety valve.
2, if the small safety valve, or a large number of bubbles from the valve, you can pot to the sink, with running water to cool the pressure cooker, so that the temperature inside the pot down, and then deflate.
