Its seedlings are wild vegetables with high nutritional value and many ways to eat. After scalding with boiling water, it can be fried, chilled or made into soup. The best time to eat dandelions is April and May in early spring every year, before they bloom, when they are fresh and tender. They are delicious and highly pathogenic.
The following gardener uncle introduces several ways to eat dandelion.
First, eat it raw.
Dandelion is usually blanched in boiling water 1~2 minutes, then taken out and washed with cold water. After removing the bitterness, add some minced garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and salt.
Second, cold salad
Wash the fresh stems and leaves of dandelion, drain the dipping sauce, slightly bitter, delicious and refreshing.
Third, make stuffing.
Wash the tender stems and leaves of Taraxacum mongolicum, knead them slightly, chop them up, and add seasonings to make stuffing, which can be used to steam steamed buns, steamed buns, jiaozi, etc. But from the point of view of nutrition, blanching and chopping are not scientific, because the ingredients with high gold content may escape through breaking the wall. Only the simplest and most natural way to eat can best preserve the nutrition of dandelion, that is, dip it directly in the sauce!
Fourth, stir-fry
Wash the tender leaves or stems of dandelion before frying or boiling. It can be fried with vegetables, or with meat, eggs and seafood. You can also make soup. If you add minced meat, beat it into plumeria and hook it with starch, it will taste better.
V. Beauty
Put dandelion in a pot and add water to decoct, and take 500 ml of clean juice; Then add mung beans into dandelion juice, cook until mung beans bloom, and add honey. Eat mung beans and soup, at the same time, wipe off the soup left on your face and wash it off after 30 minutes. Take 1 week for both internal and external use, and the effect is obvious.
Finally, Uncle Gardener reminds everyone:
In order to reduce the bitter taste of dandelion, it can be washed, boiled in boiling water or salt water for about 2 minutes, soaked in clear water for more than 30 minutes, washed to remove the bitter taste, and then cooled, fried or steamed. In addition, dandelion is good, but it should not be eaten more. No more than 50 grams of fresh dandelion per person per day.
