18. Add the vermicelli. No need to turn, just let him float on the surface. Press it with a spatula so that the vermicelli is completely immersed in the soup. Cover and cook all the ingredients.
19. Finally, open the lid and mix the vermicelli with the other ingredients. Turn up the heat to slightly reduce the soup.
