Wash the beef ribs, chop them into small pieces and set aside on a plate. Then peel the carrots, wash them and slice them (bigger slices are better). Then wash the soybean, soaked in a dish for half an hour

With a pot of boiling water, the beef ribs into the pot for a minute to soak in boiling water for about a minute to quickly pick up (commonly known as flying water, helps to remove the fishy flavor). Then the beef ribs and soybean with cold water in the pot on high heat, during which there will be foam, must be skimmed off with a spoon, to not seriously affect the taste of the soup. Wait until about 4 hours to add the cilantro, this time you can turn off the fire. A delicious beef ribs soybean radish soup on the simmering is complete!
