Preparation Ingredients
Eggs, salad dressing, milk, sugar, salt, crab stick, cooking oil or butter, mint leaves
Preparation Procedure
1. If you are an adult, it is recommended to use 2-3 eggs.
2. Crack the eggs into a vessel and add the appropriate amount of salt. Sugar, milk and salad dressing and mix well with a mixer.
3. Turn on the induction cooker and heat the pan. To prevent the eggs from staining the bottom of the pan, pour a small amount of cooking oil into the bottom of the pan or coat with a layer of butter, then pour in a quarter of the egg mixture. Spread it out in the pan with a spatula.
4. Wait until the egg mixture is fried until semi-solidified. Place a crab stick on one end of the omelet, then gently roll the egg skin from the end of the crab with a spatula, pushing the skin to the side of the pan, then pour in a small amount of the egg mixture. Shake gently to spread the egg evenly across the bottom of the pan.
5. Once the egg mixture has solidified slightly, roll the egg rolls along the egg skins to the sides of the pan.
6. Repeat the previous action, which allows you to spread a flat layer of egg mixture on the bottom of the pan before rolling the egg roll. After repeating three or four times, form the whole egg roll and gently press the formed egg roll. Then use a knife to cut it into smaller portions.
7. Place the cut egg rolls on a plate, then sprinkle with salsa and garnish with fresh mint leaves. You can enjoy the delicious egg rolls.
