Start the pan and pour oil, when the oil is hot, add the onion and colorful pepper julienne and stir fry. Stir-fry the sliced beef until cooked, then turn off the heat. (Taste the saltiness at this point. If you think it's not salty enough, add salt and black pepper in small amounts.)

Toss mozzarella into the beef. Take a Maxine burrito and spread the beef filling in the center of the burrito and roll it up.

Tips
1?The McCain taco used for the crust has a different texture from the original, so the focus is on the filling. Be sure to choose good quality beef to have meat flavor, I used Sam's fatty beef slices.
2?If it's a large piece of beef, cut some up first so it's easier to roll and eat.
3?Onions and colored peppers can be sautéed a little softer for a better roll.
4?Cheese with mozzarella crumbles can be, my family only have slices of mozzarella, so tear with. To be added to the beef after turning off the heat.
6?Use a burrito for the crust, it's easy to fall apart with a lot of filling, I roll it in tinfoil and then bake it. Sam sells a rolled pie and then sprinkle a layer of cheese powder, and then into the oven naked test.
