300g of lean pork
2 green onions
1 egg
1 tbsp of oil
2 rice vermicelli

2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of soy sauce
A pinch of salt

Measuring ingredients ? 1 tbsp cornstarch
How to make Steamed Rice Vermicelli ?
1. Zucchini rubbed, add a little salt, stir, fine set for 15 minutes, pinch off the water and set aside. Take two pieces of rice noodles, soak in warm water to soften, drain and set aside.

4. Zucchini + minced pork + minced green onion + 1 tbsp of consumed oil + a small ? tsp of salt + beaten egg, mix well.

5. Grease a plate, spread out the rice flour, then pour on the meat mixture, steam over water on high/medium heat for about 8 minutes.

6. Small pot over low heat, add oil and pop the garlic cloves, stir and pour in the sauce, stirring with a spoon, for a few minutes to bubble and thicken.
