There are five ways to buy and preserve oyster meat:
1. Wash it with clean water, put it in a basin, add a few drops of sesame oil, and it can be stored for one or two days.
2. If you need to store it for a long time, you need to cook it with the shell, then take out the meat, wrap it in a plastic bag, and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for storage.
3. Stored in shells, oysters can survive even at normal room temperature.
4. If the refrigerator has a zero-degree preservation function, it should be able to store the meat for about 5 days. The normal refrigeration time is 3 days.
5. If freezing is called chilled, just put the oysters in a crisper and freeze them. The oysters themselves will have soup, so don’t throw them away. Freeze them together to maintain their freshness. In addition, refrigerator freezing itself is not quick freezing, so the freezing time should not exceed half a year, otherwise it will affect the taste.
