Crispy shrimp home cooking

This Crispy Shrimp is easy to make and tastes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, fresh and smooth, very delicious.

200g of prawns

1 egg

1 tsp of cooking wine

1 tsp of ginger

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of dry flour

1 tsp of freshly ground spices

a few green onions

Thaw the prawns at room temperature.

Then add 1 tsp salt evenly and let stand for 5 minutes.
