Step 8: After soaking and cleaning, quail eggs are ready. Peel the quail eggs to see, inside the egg white completely solidified, and crystal clear, quail skin egg is done successfully. If the egg white is liquid, the marinade time is not enough. If the egg white becomes crumbly or hard, it is over pickled.
