Glutinous rice, red dates, longan meat, auxiliary materials: brown sugar, ginger.
working methods
1. First soak the glutinous rice in clear water for one hour; Wash red dates and longan pulp; Slice ginger.
2. Add water to the pot to boil, and pour in glutinous rice and ginger slices.
3. Cook for one and a half hours. When the glutinous rice is cooked, add red dates and longan meat.
