Ingredients: pork tenderloin 250g, garlic powder 0.5g, salt 0.5g, medium gluten flour 50g, egg 1, bread crumbs 50g.
Steps:
1. Choose a pork tenderloin with a thickness of 2cm and knock it loose with a meat pendant or the back of a knife.
2. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt for pickling 15 minutes.
3. The marinated tenderloin is first coated with flour, then with a layer of egg liquid, and finally with bread crumbs.
4. Choose an oven or air fryer and preheat at 200 degrees 18 minutes.
