Practice
1. Tofu cut into small squares, ginger, garlic, minced, chopped green onions cut into scallions.
2. Pork cut into minced; starch into gravy.
3. Put oil in a pot, turn on the fire and heat, add the minced pork, minced ginger, minced garlic and bean paste, and stir-fry.
4. Add the appropriate amount of water and soy sauce, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, add the tofu, gently stir fry for a few moments.
5. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
