Method/Steps

It is best to add boiling water when adding water.

The Northeastern autumn fungus should be soaked for several hours in advance. If you don’t have enough time, you can directly boil the autumn fungus in boiling water for 3 minutes, and then soak it in hot water for about 10 minutes.
