Carrot half root

Methods/steps
Wash carrots, slice them and then cut them into strips.
Put water in the pot, put carrots in a bowl and steam in a pressure cooker.
When the carrots are ripe, mash them with tools. I hit them with a rolling pin.
Put the prepared rice noodles into the basin. There is only one spoonful of rice flour added here.
Add cold water and sugar, and stir the rice flour evenly.
Put water in the pot and steam rice noodles in the pot. Be sure to keep stirring, otherwise it will be easy to agglomerate.
When the rice noodles are almost cooked, add the carrot paste prepared before.
Mix carrot paste and rice flour evenly, so that carrot rice paste is ready.
