Example: Fried pork slices with colored pepper
Materials: (two persons)
Green pepper (1), yellow pepper (1), red pepper (1), pork (3 Liang) and garlic (3 cloves).
Seasoning:
Oil (5 tbsp), soy sauce (1/2 tbsp), salt (1/3 tbsp), chicken powder (1/2 tbsp), and corn flour (1 tbsp).
Slice 1 pork, add 1/2 tbsps of oil, 1/2 tbsps of soy sauce, 1 tbsps of raw powder and 1/4 tbsps of chicken powder, stir well and marinate for 5 minutes.
Cut three peppers into pieces, pat garlic flat and diced, add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat it, sprinkle some diced garlic until fragrant, pour in the marinated meat slices and stir-fry quickly until the meat turns white, then pick it up.
Add 2 tbsps of oil when the pan is hot, saute diced garlic, then add diced green pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Pour the fried meat slices into the pot, stir-fry for about 1 min, then add 1/3 tablespoons of salt and 1/4 tablespoons of chicken powder, and stir well to serve.
