Ingredients
2 large chops
20g garlic
3 bay leaves
1 green onion
10ml light soy sauce
5ml dark soy sauce
20g white sugar

Steps
1. Clean the large ribs, cut the fat part, and prepare garlic and bay leaves.
2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat, stir-fry garlic and bay leaves until fragrant.

Tips
