1. Prepare ingredients: one crucian carp, three to five scallions, a piece of ginger, 30 grams of salt and 10 grams of chicken essence.

3. Cut onion and ginger and set aside.
4. Prepare a pot, add one liter of water and ginger slices and bring to a boil.
