Production steps:

1.? Bake the cake embryo first: milk and corn oil are mixed and stirred evenly. Sift in low flour and cocoa powder and stir well. Add 2 egg yolks and stir well for later use.

2.? Add the fine sugar into the egg white three times and beat until slightly hooked. First, mix 1/3 protein cream and batter evenly, then pour it back into the remaining protein cream and mix evenly, add a proper amount of Oreo crumbs and mix evenly, pour it into a 6-inch mold to shake off bubbles, bake it in an oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, and then take it out and cool it upside down.
