Take a pan and add 4 cups of glutinous rice as it is best suited for making wine and you can buy this rice from the grocery store. Pour hot water into the pan until all the rice is completely covered by it and let the rice soak in the hot water for at least an hour. After an hour the rice absorbs the water, drain the remaining water through a strainer, add the drained rice to the pan, cover and steam for 25 minutes. Take a piece of yeast, chop it with a knife and press it into powder form, put it in a small bowl, add a teaspoon of flour to the bowl, mix it well and add it to the pan to mix with the hot rice. Now push the rice towards the inner wall of the pan and make a crater in the center, all the rice should stick around the walls of the pan and cover it with plastic wrap. Once wrapped, cover the pan with a lid and surround the entire pan with a thick towel and place the pan in a warm place, a hot water heater closet is a good option.

After 4 to 5 days you will see that the pit you dug in the center of the rice has filled with liquid, if not then wait a few more days until this pit is full of liquid. Place the rice in a coarse cotton cloth and press the liquid out of the container, pour the rest of the liquid into the same container and you have a simple and delicious rice wine, which tastes even better when chilled in the refrigerator.
