When cooking barbecue at home, what do you need to make seasoning?
Preparation materials: 200g of pork belly, onion 1/2, red pepper 1 a, soy sauce 1 spoon, 2g of salt, 4g of ginger, 5g of Chili powder, 3g of olive oil, 2g of sugar, 3g of oil consumption, proper amount of coriander and lettuce.

First, the first step is to clean the prepared pork belly and then cut it into pieces and put it in a bowl for later use, as shown in the figure below.

Second, then cut the ginger into strips, shred the onion, cut the red pepper into circles, and set aside, as shown in the figure below.

Third, put the pork belly, ginger, onion, red pepper, Chili powder, soy sauce, oil consumption, salt, Chili powder and olive oil together, grab them evenly and marinate for 2 hours.

4. Preheat the electric baking pan prepared in advance for 2 minutes, and then add the pork belly, as shown in the figure below.

5. Then put the salted pork belly into the electric baking pan and turn on the switch for 3 minutes.

After six or three minutes, open the onion and red pepper, cover and bake until cooked, as shown in the figure below.

7. When cooked, put it on the lettuce and sprinkle some coriander, so that the barbecue is ready, as shown in the figure below.
