How to make boiled beef

Slice the beef tenderloin into thin slices about 2cm wide by 4cm long, add the soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch and water. soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, salt and sugar and mix well, marinate for 10 minutes. Put the beef slices into a bowl, add, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking oil, cooking wine and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
Cut the cleaned scallions into pieces.
Cut the ginger into small pieces.
Slice the peeled garlic.
Heat oil in a wok, add bean paste, peppercorns, dried chili peppers, green onions, ginger, garlic and hot pot base, and stir-fry to bring out the flavor.
Add water, add salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, put in washed vegetables, water boil and fish out.
Put the marinated meat into the pot.
