Bovine serum albumin (BSA), also known as the fifth component, is a globulin in bovine serum, containing 583 amino acid residues, with a molecular weight of 66.430 kDa and an isoelectric point of 4.7. Lysozyme is an enzyme with molecular weight of 14.4kDa and isoelectric point of 6.99.
To measure molecular weight, you can use SDSpage and add molecular weight tags.
In order to measure the isoelectric point, isoelectric focusing electrophoresis was used and isoelectric point markers were added.
