1. Chop and wash the big stick bone.
2. Wash and cut seaweed.
3. Put into a casserole with appropriate amount of water.
4. Boil on high heat and skim off the foam with a hand spoon.
5. Add green onion, ginger.
6. Cover and turn down the heat to simmer for 50 minutes.
