Add 4 teaspoons of starch to the mutton, remove it evenly, and lay it flat on the baking tray without overlapping as much as possible. Turn the oven to the highest temperature (roast), put the mutton in and roast until there is no blood on the surface. Turn the mutton upside down and roast until the surface is bloodless, brush it with oil, sprinkle with cumin powder and continue roasting. After the surface of mutton is oily, turn up the bottom side of mutton, brush with oil and sprinkle with cumin powder.
